Every session with you is aimed at wholistically uncovering, achieving and maintaining your optimal wellbeing through encouraging both personal empowerment and self-responsibility.
As you will have a different outcome that you'd like to achieve, compared to anyone else, the content and duration of your session is going to be unique, confidential and personalised to address your individual needs.

Your First Session
As a guideline, your initial face-to-face session will usually take between 1.5- 2 hours. This normally involves about a 30 minute discussion about you, your current situation and what you would like to achieve. The remaining time is focused on achieving a jointly agreed outcome. A confidential client questionnaire will be sent to you prior to your appointment for completion. This is so that more time can be spent on creating change in your session, rather than on completing forms.

So even after just ONE session, you will experience some changes and also have new, powerful techniques that you can use and apply to your daily life!
If you are unsure about how your session might work, you can always book a mini-intro session for 30 minutes, which will introduce you to the benefits of the experience.
Follow-up sessions are usually between 1 to 1.5 hours long, depending on what is required. They serve as an opporunity to keep our momentum going so we can continue the onward journey of becoming the BEST version of you!
Regular 'Balancing' Sessions
How great would it be if we could maintain a sense of balance no matter what life threw at us? Isn't it curious that we'll make the time to get our car regularly checked-up and serviced, yet we very rarely do this for our own physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing?
It is for this reason that I encourage a more proactive and self-driven model towards maintaining wellbeing. Taking the time to re-align, re-balance and re-move the build up of stress from our physical and energetic systems on a regular basis, not only helps us to deal with daily challenges in a more calm and balanced way, but it also promotes an enhanced level of optimum health and wellbeing in the longer run. It is for this reason that I would highly recommend a regular one-hour 'service' session be done at least once every 1-2 months.
