This 90 minute interactive workshop will enable you to:

• create natural CONFIDENCE quickly and easily
• feel more COMFORTABLE within your own skin than ever before
• get the POWER to go for anything you want in life!

Confidence is much more than just a positive state of being - it’s really about developing an attitude that will lead you to new opportunities and success.  

Have you noticed how you might tell yourself that you’re not very confident, but in a very confident way?!?   This is not because you lack confidence, but rather because you’re confident about the idea that you have no confidence.

Your facilitator Belinda Pestana will use a range of powerful techniques that will help you systematically boost your confidence until feelings of ease and well-being become your natural response to those things that may have made you lose your confidence in the first place.

PS This workshop is for usually for those aged 16 years or older.  However it can be tailored to cater for a younger audience (ages 11-15) so please get in touch to discuss further
