• As an an accredited member of the International Society of NLP, the TFT Association (now part of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology ACEP), the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), the Australian Institute for Kinesiologists (AIK), the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), & the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), Belinda Pestana abides by their codes of ethics & good practice  
   

• Clients understand and accept that any treatment received by Belinda Pestana is of a remedial therapeutic nature and not of a diagnostic or curative approach.  If they suspect or know that they are suffering from any physical or psychological ailments or conditions, then they must seek appropriate medical or psychological treatment prior to having any session with Belinda Pestana  
• Any information provided does not, and is not intended to, replace medical and health advice offered by doctors and health professionals.  Belinda Pestana makes no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, or preparation by any person following the information 
• Clients also understand and accept that sessions outcomes are not guaranteed in any way
• Clients also understand that no personal recording (video, audio or otherwise) or photography is permitted during the session and that Belinda Pestana holds the intellectual rights & copyright to any material that is discussed and/or made available before, during or after the session.  All rights are reserved
• Belinda Pestana is committed to protecting clients’ privacy and maintaining the secure custody and confidentiality of any personal information provided by strictly adhering to the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 (NSW).  Belinda Pestana will not disclose any client details to a third party without receiving their prior written agreement
• In the interest of security, Belinda Pestana reserves the right to deny any individuals access to any session, whether whole or any part, without prior notification or explanation.  Where necessary, Belinda Pestana will refer the client on to another provider or professional if the relationship is not well-matched  
   

Unless otherwise stated:

• All rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.  Payment is at the time of service and can be made by either cash, PayPal or selected credit/debit cards (cheques are not accepted).  Payment Plans may be made available

• If session time's need to be arranged (yes I know life does throw us those unexpected curve balls!), please provide at least 24 hours notice for sessions taking place during the week from Monday to Friday and at least 48 hours notice for sessions on Saturdays   

• Notice to be provided during business hours i.e. from 9-6pm Monday to Saturday (Sunday is not deemed as a business day)
• A cancellation fee of $100 may be charged if sessions are cancelled with less than the above notice period required and 100% of the session rate may be charged for NO SHOWS
• A $100 deposit payment is to be received at least 48 hours prior to your allocated session time to guarantee your appointment
• Non-payment of fees may result in legal actions being taken 
   

Unless otherwise stated: 

• All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST
• A booking deposit of $200 is required by each delegate at the time of booking to secure their place. This non-refundable deposit is included in the TOTAL amount of the investment required i.e. if your total Investment is $3000.00, the outstanding payment is $2800.00 once the booking deposit has been paid
• Delegates may qualify for the Repeater Rate if they are able to present a valid NLP Practitioner qualification Certificate 
• Full payment must be received in full at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the training OR to qualify for the Early Bird offer, full payment must be received by the Early Bird date specified.  Non-payment prior to the commencement date of the training means non-attendance at the training
• Payment can be made by either bank transfer, selected credit/debit cards or via Paypal (credit card and PayPal payments incur an additional 3% processing fee).  Payment Plans may be made available
• If a delegate cancellation is received in writing (email is accepted) at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the training begins, a full refund will be provided (excluding the booking deposit which is non-refundable)   No refund is provided if the cancellation is made within 3 weeks (21 days) from the training start date
• Full attendance is required for all 10 days to obtain the NLP Practitioner Certification (i.e. 2 days at the Change your Life workshop & 8 days at the NLP Practitioner Intensive) and non-attendance on any day means that no certification or refund will be received
• No refund will be provided if delegates do not sign the licensing agreement required by Dr. Richard Bandler prior to or on commencement of the start date of the NLP Practitioner Intensive training
• Failure to receive the training fees in adherence with these terms means that Belinda Pestana reserves the right to request payment 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the start date of training or refuse the delegate's participation in the training.  Belinda Pestana reserves the right to re-allocate the NLP Practitioner Certificate training place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time
• Belinda Pestana also reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time without liability.  In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund
   

• Full attendance is required for all 10 days to obtain the NLP Practitioner Certification (i.e. 2 days at the Change your Life workshop & 8 days at the NLP Practitioner Intensive) and non-attendance on any day means that no certification or refund will be received
• In the event of non-attendance due to illness, a medical certificate must be provided to enable the delegate to undertake their training at a future date (to be completed within one year from the commencement date of the original training).   Delegates will also be required to pay any difference if investment values have increased.  Any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact the ability of the delegate (or other delegates) to achieve competency throughout the training need to be disclosed.  Belinda Pestana reserves the right to refuse a delegate's participation in the training based on these or on non-disclosure thereof.
• Attending and participating in the 10 day training does not guarantee competency or obtaining the NLP Practitioner Certification.  Delegates will need to demonstrate they have met certain criteria and competencies to be able to receive their full certification.  Belinda Pestana reserves the right to withhold certification to any delegate should they not meet the relevant competency or attendance criteria
• Each delegate is obliged to sign two copies of a licensing agreement with Dr. Bandler prior to / on commencement of their training (this will be provided by Belinda Pestana).  In addition, delegates will be required to complete & sign a registration form and will be unable to start their training unless they have handed in these signed agreements prior to the start date / on commencement of the training.   No certification or refund will be provided if delegates fail to comply with these conditions. 
• Delegates understand and accept that NLP Certificates are issued & signed directly by the office of Dr. Bandler, based in the USA.  A reasonable lead time of approximately 6 weeks will therefore be involved in receiving these after the training and this is subject to the travel & schedule of Dr. Bandler.  Belinda Pestana can therefore not be held responsible for any liabilities, litigation, losses or costs incurred due to the non-receipt or delivery of certificates if these fall outside this reasonable timeframe
• In the event of any certificate loss or damage after delegates have received their certificate, each delegate will be held responsible for all costs involved in replacing their certificate
   

• As training content is constantly updated and improved, Belinda Pestana reserves the right to alter any of the training content or materials without prior notice
• The training content and materials  provided by Belinda Pestana cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation
• Neither Belinda Pestana, nor any of her trainers or consultants, can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the training  materials or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training, content or materials
   

• Delegates understand that no personal recording  (video, audio or otherwise) or photography is permitted during the training and that Belinda Pestana holds the copyright to any material that is discussed and/or made available before, during or after the training.  All rights are reserved
• In the interest of security, Belinda Pestana reserves the right to deny any individuals access to any training, whether whole or any part, without prior notification or explanation
• Training may be audio or video recorded by Belinda Pestana for training and marketing purposes.  Unless delegates notify Belinda Pestana in writing at least 15 days prior to the start date of the training stating otherwise, they are giving their permission to be recorded
   

• Belinda Pestana is committed to protecting every delegate’s privacy and maintaining the secure custody and confidentiality of any personal information provided.  The NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 (NSW) is strictly adhered to.  Belinda Pestana will not disclose any delegate details to a third party without prior written agreement from the delegate
• The information provided on the enrolment form is used for the purposes of processing each delegate’s enrolment, maintaining and creating delegate records, keeping attendees informed of events and assisting Belinda Pestana in improving the level of service being provided.  
• Any delegate attending this training agrees to observe confidentiality with their fellow delegates and the Trainer, in relation to issues arising or situations disclosed throughout the entire duration of the training
• Neither Belinda Pestana, nor any of her trainers or consultants, can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions resulting in any loss or litigation as a result of breaching confidentiality
   

• The ​training provided is for educational purposes only and that it is not a substitute for proper medical or psychological treatment.  It is not intended to replace medical and health advice offered by doctors and health professionals.  If delegates suspect or know that they are suffering from any physical or psychological ailment or conditions, then they will seek appropriate medical or psychological treatment before attending this training
• Sole Responsibility is taken by the delegate for any action taken or treatments given by delegates before or after competency / certification is received
• This training does not represent a qualification in hypnosis or hypnotherapy or stage hypnosis and delegates will not claim or imply that they have been certified or approved in any of these areas
• Belinda Pestana does not take responsibility under any circumstance for any claims or damages otherwise taken or made by any delegates before, during or after the training, even while using formats or concepts learned or derived from the training
• In the event of any medical emergency, Belinda Pestana is authorised to call an ambulance on a delegate’s behalf and/or send them to the appropriate medical practitioner as well as notify the person stated as their Emergency Contact.  Each delegate is responsible for any costs incurred

Unless otherwise stated: 

• All rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST
• A deposit per workshop / seminar / training  may be required at the time of booking to reserve a place.  This is non-refundable and payment can be made by either bank transfer, selected credit/debit cards or via Paypal (credit card and PayPal payments incur an additional 3% processing fee).  Payment Plans may be made available 
• Full payment must be received in full at least 3 weeks prior to the workshop / seminar / training date OR to qualify for the Early Bird offer, full payment must be received by the Early Bird date specified. Non-payment prior to the workshop / seminar / training means non-attendance at the course 
• If a cancellation is received in writing at least 3 weeks before the workshop / seminar / training start date, a full refund will be provided minus the non-refundable booking deposit 
• No refund will be provided if a written cancellation is given within 3 weeks of the workshop / seminar / training start date or if a delegate does not attend on the day  
• Belinda Pestana reserves the right to re-allocate the workshop / seminar /training delegate place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.  Failure to receive the workshop / seminar / training fees in adherence with these terms means that Belinda Pestana reserves the right to request payment on the day of the workshop / seminar / training or refuse the delegate's participation in the workshop / seminar / training
   

• As workshop / seminar / training content is constantly updated and improved, Belinda Pestana reserves the right to alter any of the workshop / seminar / training content without prior notice.  Belinda Pestana also reserves the right to cancel a workshop / seminar / training course at any time without liability.  In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund
   

• The notes and training provided by Belinda Pestana cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation.  Neither Belinda Pestana, nor any of her trainers or consultants, can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the workshop / seminar / training or the workshop / seminar / training notes
   

• Delegates understand that no personal recording  (video, audio or otherwise) or photography is permitted during the workshop /seminar / training and that Belinda Pestana holds the copyright to any material that is made available before, during or after the workshop / seminar / training.  All rights are reserved
• In the interest of security, Belinda Pestana reserves the right to deny any individuals access to any workshop / seminar / training, whether whole or any part, without prior notification or explanation
• Workshop / Seminar / training may be audio or video recorded by Belinda Pestana for training and marketing purposes.  Unless delegates notify Belinda Pestana in writing at least 15 days prior to the start date of the training stating otherwise, they are giving their permission to be recorded

• Belinda Pestana agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any client details to a third party without prior written agreement from the Client
• Any delegate attending any workshop / seminar / training agrees to observe confidentiality with their fellow students and the Trainer, in relation to issues arising from within the workshop / seminar / training.  
• Neither Belinda Pestana, nor any of her trainers, consultants or guest speakers, can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions resulting in any loss or litigation as a result of breaching confidentiality
   

• All rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST
• For organisations, services are paid in advance or invoiced on a monthly basis and payable within 30 days.
• Interest may be charged on any sum outstanding.  
• Retained or monthly fixed fees are also an option
• For business individuals, packages are payable up front, or for each individual session
• Non-payment of fees may result in legal actions being taken  
• Cancellation terms vary and are therefore specified in the Client Agreement
   

• Any discounts offered by Belinda Pestana are exclusive. They cannot be combined
• Except for company-wide or pre-agreed discounts, the lower discount will always be applied
• In the case of special offers, these must be requested at time of booking, as they will not automatically be applied
