This 90 minute interactive workshop will enable you to:

• understanding your different energy systems including Meridians, Nadis, Light Bodies (Auras) & Chakras
• gaining awareness on how these Energy Systems can positively & negatively impact your overall mind-body-spirit wellbeing
• learning a few quick & easy techniques to empower you to protect & maintain your desired energy field   

Most of us have a basic understanding about our physical body and how it works… unfortunately the same cannot be said for our Energy Systems!  This is not surprising though given how little information there seems to be on this topic.  Too often, this information itself is not presented accurately which then lends itself to being misconstrued.  Understanding the basic framework to your Energy system is important in ensuring you are able to connect holistically to your optimal mind-body-spirit health & wellbeing

Your facilitator Belinda Pestana will use a range of powerful techniques that will help you to learn about your different energy fields & HOW to work with them easily to create higher dimensional & vibrational states of wellbeing.  

PS This workshop is for usually for those aged 16 years or older.  However it can been tailored to cater for a younger audience (ages 11-15) so please get in touch to discuss further
