Your facilitator Belinda Pestana will use a range of powerful techniques that will help you learn HOW to change or adopt new behaviours and to choose more positive mental and physical states of wellbeing.
PS This workshop is for usually for those aged 16 years or older. However it can be tailored to cater for a younger audience (ages 11-15) so please get in touch to discuss further...
