As a guideline, your investment in a GROW session is usually: 

• for a ‘mini-intro’ 30 minute session
  $130.00 (concessions* $115)  
• for a ‘Deep Dive’ - Initial 90 min session first session 
  $350.00 (concessions* $315)
• for each follow-up 90 minute session 
  $350.00 (concessions* $315)
• for each 30 minute follow up session
  $130.00 (concessions* $115)  
• for each follow-up 60 minute session 
  $250.00 (concessions* $225)
• for a 2 hour Couple session
  $550.00 (concessions* $495)
• for a 2 hour Family session (for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children)
  $480.00 (concessions* $440)
• for each 1 hour Mentoring session (pre-arranged for Kinesiology & NLP students)
  $220.00 (concessions* $200)

Please note the above changes to Grow Session Investments are effective from 1st October 2025.

*concessions may be offered for those under 18, and for those with student, senior/pensioner, disability, carer or concession cards.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST
• Investment rates are effective from 1^st October 2025 & are only applicable for private sessions as corporate/business rates will differ
• Payment is requested at the time of service and can be made by either cash, EFT, selected credit/debit cards (2.2% surcharge) or PayPal (3% surcharge).  Cheques are not accepted at this time.
• Invoices can also be requested (2.2% surcharge) & have to be paid within 7 days of issue
• Payment plans are offered but these need to be arranged prior to any session taking place.  Afterpay can be included as an option but a 6% surcharge is included to the total amount plus a 5% admin fee to cover all fees incurred for accessing this service
• Kinesiology Health fund rebates are no longer available from Private Health Care providers due to legislative changes effective from 1 April 2019
• If session time's need to be arranged (yes, life does throw us those unexpected curve balls!), please provide at least 24 hours notice for sessions taking place during the week from Monday to Friday and at least 48 hours notice for sessions on Saturdays   
• Notice is to be provided during business hours i.e. from 9-6pm Monday to Saturday (as Sunday is not deemed a business day)
• A cancellation fee of $100 may be charged if sessions are cancelled with less than the above notice period required and 100% of the session rate may be charged for NO SHOWS
• A deposit payment may be requested at least 48 hours prior to your allocated session time to guarantee your appointment.  This is non-refundable if the cancellation terms are not adhered to. 
• Non-payment of fees may result in legal actions being taken 
   

This is a great value-saving option for those who take more of a proactive approach to maintaining wellbeing and book regular fortnightly or monthly sessions.  However it can also be a good investment for families who require more than one family member to have a session as packages are not restricted to one individual in this case:

• 10% discount offered for 3x session bundle (valid for 3 months)
• 12% discount offered for 6x session bundle (valid for 6 months)
• 15% discount offered for 12x session bundle PLUS 1x FREE session as an extra bonus (valid for one year)

A non-refundabe deposit is required at least 14 days prior to the first session (this varies depending on the bundle & session timings selected). 
The outstanding amount for the entire package is required to be paid in full prior to or at the start of the first session (Split payments may be offered but surcharges may apply)
All sessions within each bundle must be completed within the timeframes specified above from the start date of the first session. 
Bundle packages are not transferrable or refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of purchase but not if this falls within 14 days prior to the 1st session date  
These Bundle packages are not applicable to concession rates.

If you are an existing ReAwakening client* you may be offered a voucher during your Birthday Month where you are invited to enjoy any session at 10% discount off the usual investment rate.  This unfortunately doesn't apply for anyone already receiving the concession rate.  This gift will expire after one month of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers.   

*only applies to clients who have been a ReAwakening client for more than 6 months AND have had at least 3 sessions within the previous 6 months.  10% is only discounted off the full-investment rate.
